Archicad 29, I want to improve a archicad plan I have done, I want to make it more presentable and professional I would say it’s about 85% there but needing someone for the last bit, things like adding cladding, and getting a better 3d render must return to me as a editable file

Ongoing Instagram Content Creator – Custom Canva Templates & Monthly Feed Curation Budget: 250 for the initial setup] Ongoing monthly price to be discussed if work liked. Description: I am looking for a talented graphic designer and content creator to build a custom, highly cohesive aesthetic for my Instagram account using Canva. I do not want generic, pre-made template packs. I want a bespoke visual style tailored to my brand that we can maintain easily on an ongoing basis. This project will be split into two main phases, with the potential for long-term monthly work: Phase 1: Brand Identity & Master Template Build * Establish a locked Canva Brand Kit (Select 2–3 cohesive fonts and a distinct 5–6 color palette). * Design a custom suite of 15–20 Master Templates in Canva. This must include a mix of single feed posts, carousel layouts, Reels covers, and Story backgrounds. * Ensure all templates fit together perfectly to create a visually seamless, intentional grid layout. Phase 2: Ongoing Monthly Content Curation (Retainer) * Once the master templates are locked, I want to transition this into a monthly arrangement. * Your role will be plugging my specific text, copy, and images into our established master templates so the feed maintains a uniform look over time. Requirements: * Must have a strong portfolio demonstrating cohesive social media curation (please link examples of grids you have styled). * Expert-level knowledge of Canva (including how to set up Brand Kits and shared team templates). * Great communication skills and a sharp eye for modern, clean layout design. To apply, please share a link to your portfolio or examples of Instagram feeds you have designed from scratch. Let me know your rough availability for ongoing monthly work!

Looking preferably for a Melbourne based graphic designer to design a unique logo for my small business. I will be opening a local organic retail/grocer store. Designs should be unique with strictly no AI use; things like photoshop is obviously okay. (otherwise I could've done it myself hehe) It would help me accept your offer quicker if you attach some of your previous works/designs!! :) I have attached some images for reference but would preferably like to talk about design ideas, hear recommendations etc.

Looking for someone to help with a one-off private gift with approximately 145 words, written quite small on white cotton rag paper (around some existing calligraphy). I can provide the exact brief, a mock up example and exactly what I’m trying to achieve. Someone who is great with calligraphy and willing to work to an exact specification would be great. I would drop the paper to you, or arrange pickup and it can be done in the comfort of your home/study/office

I’m looking for an experienced formulation chemist / industrial cleaning chemical specialist to help develop a range of commercial cleaning products for a new Australian chemical business. Initial products may include: • Heavy-duty degreaser • Truck/fleet wash • Workshop/floor cleaner • Vehicle wash • Multipurpose cleaner • Glass cleaner • Hand cleaner ECT I’m not looking for generic internet recipes. I’m looking for someone with genuine experience developing commercial detergents, surfactant-based cleaners and/or industrial cleaning chemicals. The aim is to develop commercially viable, cost-effective formulations using raw materials readily available from Australian suppliers. Ideally the product range would share common raw materials to simplify purchasing and manufacturing. For finished products I’m looking for: • Exact weight-based formulations • Raw-material specifications and Australian supplier options • Detailed manufacturing/batch procedures • Scalable batch instructions • QC specifications such as pH, SG and viscosity where relevant • Stability/shelf-life and packaging guidance • Information/documentation required for Australian SDS/TDS preparation • Support during initial trial batches I’m also very interested in speaking with chemists who already own a proven cleaning chemical formulation library and may be willing to sell or grant permanent commercial rights to selected formulations. Please provide details of your qualifications and relevant commercial formulation experience. The listed budget is for initial consultation/project scoping only. Full formulation development or acquisition of existing formulations would be separately negotiated. Australian industry experience strongly preferred.
