Convert house plans single story 12x9meters sketches into clean 2D CAD files (Aussie codes) in format for shating with other CAD users. Task Description: Hi, I have a few hand-drawn sketches with clear dimensions that I need converted into clean, professional 2D CAD files. This is strictly a digital drafting and tracing job—the layout and design are already done by me. I just need it "caddied up" properly. Requirements: • Must be located in Australia and understand Australian drafting standards (AS 1100 / NCC). • Must deliver the final files in both AutoCAD .DWG format and a printable PDF. • Perfect for a TAFE/University drafting student or a freelance CAD operator looking for quick work. Please let me know your experience with CAD and your turnaround time. Cheers!

Create a digital copy of the painting to print at A3 size. Just enlarging it will distort the picture. The signature of the artist is important. Background colour can be a shade lighter.
