Looking for an experienced draftsperson/CAD technician to attend a commercial property in Hendon SA and prepare accurate as-built drawings of the existing premises. The property is an approximately 313m² commercial/industrial building. We have an existing basic floor/site plan that can be provided as a reference, however we require someone to attend site, take the necessary measurements and prepare more detailed drawings suitable for the tenant's upcoming fit-out. I need help compiling a birthday book for my partner's upcoming 30th birthday. The book needs to be ready in hardcopy by Thursday 17 September, so please only make offers if you can work to this timeline. The book will include messages from friends and family, as well as photos. I will provide these once the offer is accepted, they are ready to go. The assigned tasker should have skills in design or experience making something similar, as I would like this to look aesthetically pleasing, like a coffee table book. The price listed is for the compilation and design. I will cover the printing costs in addition to this but will need to speak with you as the assigned tasker to ensure it will be printed in time. I am happy to pick up the hard copy from somewhere in Sydney if this will assist given the short timeframes. I need to digitally align/overlay a surveyed drawing onto Google Earth/Google Maps so it matches the satellite view correctly, and then trace out the tracks and drop markers on the specified locations. I have a surveyed drawing of Lot 10. I want to add on Lots 8 and 11 I want to show easement TT I want to remove easement P and VV I want to change Waterfront Place to be a court not a through road I want to mark in Banan View and the easement TT The file needs to be delivered as a shareable Google My Maps link and PDF file.

I'm looking for an experienced graphic designer to refine an existing logo for an established Australian small business and create a complementary stylised text/wordmark. I already have an established logo, website and colour palette, so this is not a complete rebrand. I want the existing logo polished/refined to better fit the current website theme, while retaining its recognisable character. I'd also like a distinctive wordmark that can be used independently on customised products, packaging, equipment and other branded items. IMPORTANT – PRODUCT BRANDING A major purpose of this project is creating artwork that can be supplied directly to manufacturers. The logo/wordmark must be designed for physical production as well as digital use, including printing, screen printing, laser engraving/etching, embossing and similar processes. It must reproduce cleanly at different sizes and work effectively in a single colour without relying on gradients, shadows or fine details. Looking for someone who does this for a living and has their own scanner (Leica, Trimble, Faro or similar) and wants a private job. 2,908 m² block in Niddrie. Two storey house, pool, full size tennis court. Slopes fair bit from east to west of the block. I'm redoing the court and building retaining walls and want the whole property captured once so my draftsman can work in Revit off it. Scan everything, inside and out — every room on both levels, garage, alfresco, balconies, roof, all elevations, then the full block: pool, driveway, court, the two retaining walls beside the court, the slope above it, gardens, sheds, fences. Also need proper levels on AHD: contours at 250mm, pits, drainage, stormwater point of discharge, light poles, floor and ridge heights. The court's got settlement problems so I want spot levels on a 2m grid over the slab, edges, corners, either side of any crack, top and bottom of both walls every 3m, and the pit invert. Deliverables: point cloud as RCP/RCS and E57, DWG with 3D contours and points, CSV points, PDF at 1:200. Local origin near the house, MGA/AHD shift noted. Modelling not required, just the cloud and the survey. Tell me what scanner you use and send an example of something similar you've delivered. Fixed price please.
