I am looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join my team on an ongoing, long-term basis. My goal is to transform static social media graphics into engaging, professional short-form videos. I need 15 static pictures worked on each month, I will provide the static picture. The style I am looking for involves "subtle animation" keeping the core graphic static while adding motion to specific, key elements to create a professional, eye-catching effect. For example: In a soccer-themed graphic, the foot should be seen kicking the ball, while the background and text overlays remain still. What I Need From You: - Ongoing Volume: I require approximately 15 graphics to be converted into short motion clips per month. I will provide the static images. - Attention to Detail: You must be able to maintain brand integrity, ensuring the logo, corporate colors, and mandatory legal disclaimer text remain clearly legible and correctly placed in every video. - Professional Quality: The movement should be smooth, high-quality, and purposeful, enhancing the message rather than distracting from it. - Reliability: This is long-term work, and I am looking for a designer who can consistently meet deadlines and maintain a high standard of output. Requirements: - Proven experience in motion graphics or video animation (please provide a portfolio showing examples of "subtle" or "cinemagraph-style" animation). Note I do not need music or voice over. - Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar professional-grade animation software. - Ability to work with specific brand guidelines. If you are interested, please provide your experience with this specific style of subtle animation and quote per image. I will also need to know timeline per image.
