We will supply the existing and proposed floor plans and elevations in CAD & PDF to assist with the creation of the proposed shadow diagrams. Will also provide PDF of shadow diagrams done by the neighbouring property to give context of the existing shadows at the site. Armenian Church 3D Modeling Project I need a highly detailed 3D model of the church shown in the reference image. The final model should look as close as possible to the photo, including all architectural details and proportions. Requirements: Create the church exactly like the reference image. I do not require exact real-world measurements or dimensions. The overall appearance and details are much more important than the size. Include the small front structure with the entrance door. Do not create any window openings. All windows should be closed/solid because I plan to place a light inside the model. The model will be used for 3D printing. The bottom section must be removable so I can install a small round LED light inside. The model should be designed with 3D printing in mind, including proper wall thickness and printable geometry. I need clean, professional modeling work — not an AI-generated mesh. The model should be fully editable. Deliverables: Editable source file (Blender, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Rhino, 3ds Max, or similar). STL file ready for 3D printing. STEP file if available. Any other source files used to create the model. Important: I need a properly modeled 3D object that I can edit later if necessary. Please do not use AI-generated geometry. The model must be created manually with clean topology and suitable for further modifications and high-quality 3D printing. Reference image attached.

Strong understanding of mechanical design, gearing, tolerances, and real-world manufacturing is essential. Components required: • Pinion gear (approx. 65mm diameter x 20mm wide) with integrated ratchet gear and keyway slot • Drive shaft • Pawl • Pawl shaft / pivot pin • Crank handle for drive shaft connection • Modification of an existing STL file (increase wall thickness in one section) I will provide photos, measurements, gear tooth profile, and reference images. Key design constraint: The pinion gear dimensions must remain unchanged as it interfaces with an existing rack gear system. However, I am open to professional suggestions to improve the overall design, strength, or functionality where appropriate. I am relying on someone with strong mechanical knowledge to make these recommendations. Requirements: • Proven CAD experience in mechanical design • Understanding of gears, ratchet and pawl systems, shafts, keyways, and tolerances • Ability to produce files suitable for 3D printing and manufacture • Excellent English communication skills Clear communication is essential, however there is no urgency on this project. I am not looking for rushed work or constant back-and-forth. I need someone who can carefully review the brief, ask only necessary questions, and then proceed confidently with the design. Once complete, I will 3D print and test the parts before manufacture. Any reasonable adjustments required after testing should be included in the scope. Product Concept A compact reel that mounts to the rear of a bedside table and allows a 3-4 metre USB-C cable to be pulled out, locked in place, and smoothly retracted when released. Think vacuum cleaner cord reel meets phone charger. Requirements 3-4 metre retractable cable. USB-C fast charging. Compact housing approximately 150-180mm diameter. Mounts to rear of bedside table. Click-lock mechanism (ratchet and pawl). Small tug releases and cable retracts smoothly. Constant force spring preferred. Magnetic cable dock. Future replaceable cable cartridge desirable. Deliverables Full 3D CAD assembly. Individual part files. STEP files. STL files suitable for 3D printing. Assembly drawings. Advice on spring and locking mechanism.
