Transfer 2D and 3D design into accurate DWG files

I have 2D PDF files, and 3D SketchUp source file, that i need converted very accurately to DWG file. I have had interior design for a new house made , but now need the design made into the DWG format, so my architect can edit and continue to work on. Every detail from my current design must be transferred over, such as tiles, power outlets, correct measurements, lighting locations, plumbing fixtures and rough ins, line drawings must be accurate too. Only take this job if you are prepared to transfer every exact detail from the interior design files. From the 2D and SKP. This is a high level of detail interior design, The unlocked DWG must be completely accurate.
