I’m looking for an experienced architectural/interior 3D visualiser to create two conceptual residential projects for our interior design studio: 1. An Australian character/heritage home combining original architectural details with a contemporary interior. 2. A contemporary Australian acreage home designed in response to its landscape. I’m a qualified interior designer and will provide the design direction. I need someone who can translate this into detailed models, documentation and highly realistic visualisations. SketchUp + LayOut are required. Models must be built in SketchUp, with plans/elevations produced through LayOut. Editable source files must be supplied. Rendering software is flexible (Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, Twinmotion etc.) provided the results are genuinely photorealistic. STRICTLY NO AI. Generative AI must not be used to create, alter or enhance the design, architecture or renders. Visuals must come from the actual 3D model. Deliverables to include: • SketchUp models • 2D/3D floor plans • LayOut elevations • Architectural/joinery details • Materials, furniture & styling • Photorealistic interior/exterior renders • Landscape + portrait images for web/social • Animated walkthroughs/flythroughs • Editable SketchUp/LayOut files The result must feel photorealistic and editorial, not obviously CGI. Our aesthetic is warm, refined, layered and distinctly Australian, with natural materials, architectural character and connection to landscape. Please provide relevant portfolio examples, software used, proposed workflow, timeframe and fee. Please confirm no AI will be used, editable files will be supplied and final imagery/video includes full commercial usage rights.

I would like someone who has experience with logos and branding and who can work with my existing ideas while bringing professional design expertise to the final logo. Graphic Designer / Children's Book Illustrator Needed I’m looking for an experienced graphic designer or children’s book illustrator to help create a complete children’s coloring and activity book for ages 4–7. The book is called “Dino Rescue Mission!” and follows a fun dinosaur adventure storyline with coloring, search-and-find and simple activity pages. I have already prepared: * The complete storyline * Page-by-page concepts * Character moodboard and visual references * Character designs * Overall visual direction The project will involve approximately 50 interior pages, along with: * Cover design * Title page * Contents page * Introduction/instruction pages * Coloring and activity pages * Bonus activity pages * Completion/certificate page * Back cover * Consistent overall layout and visual style There are five main characters: Rex, Luna, Trixie, Pip and Eggy. Character consistency is extremely important. The characters already have established designs and should remain consistent throughout the book, including their facial features, proportions, body shape, colours, details, style and relative size. I’m open to using AI-assisted tools as part of the creative process, provided the final artwork is carefully reviewed and refined to maintain consistency and quality. The interior artwork should be clean, simple black-and-white line art suitable for children's coloring, while the cover should be colourful, fun and engaging. The listed budget is not final. I have an existing logo that I have designed in Canva. I don't want a redesign — I just need it professionally cleaned up, and converted to proper vector artwork. I need: -Exact same logo/design, with minor spacing/layout tweaks -Clean vector version of the triangle/triskellion -White version with transparent background -Navy version with transparent background -Full logo + icon-only versions SVG, EPS/PDF and high-resolution transparent PNG files -Files suitable for Canva, clothing printing, embroidery, signage, business cards and social media use Please manually redraw/vectorise rather than simply putting the PNG into an SVG. I need 5-10 design options for a tag design / overall brand logo & typeface for my women's clothing brand CHUCKS. I love vintage looking tags and would like a beige/ white tag/ background with imagery and type all red. I like logos/ tags such as Levis, Ralph Lauren, Cherry LA and think some kind of little illustration or logo is very cute. Something simple yet iconic and recognisable.
