UPDATED Re-posting with more information: Looking for design and files to build my travel PC case. Assembly and mesh files needed for manufacturing (max $ 200) or print and produce (max $400). - Wanting to produce a case similar to the SFFtime U-ITX but to fit my attached parts. - Approx target size: 302 mm (L) × 334 mm (H) × 68 mm (Thickness) (~6.86 L external volume). Ideal outcome is to produce this custom case, in 1mm cut aluminium - M2.5 or M3 mounting, grid or hexagonal design around 1mm to reduce weight as much as possible (<1kg case)+ airflow. Any strategic additional mounting holes is welcomed for future part upgrade ability. - PCIe Riser Specs: Double-reverse PCIe 4.0/5.0 riser The Gigabyte RX 9070 XT is 132 mm tall; must account for 180-degree low-profile PCIe 8-pin adapters or provide 15–20 mm top clearance. Routing for PSU cable to inlet socket attached are idea guides, similar completed builds and specific components being utilised.

Ref 3 — Jonsbo T9 build in progress. Frame-and-spine construction with the SFX bracket plate beside it — closest to how a printed version of Sam's case gets assembled.

Ref 4 — Custom 3D-printed console ITX case (published build). Proof the print route works at this size: printed panels, brass inserts at the corners, slotted venting, full-size GPU inside.

Ref 5 — Fractal Ridge exterior. The console silhouette and mesh-front finish he's echoing with the U-ITX direction.

Availability: Today · Tomorrow · Wed 11 Nov – Sat 14 Nov Hi Sam 👋 𝐌𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐝 𝐄𝐡𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐦 · 𝟑𝐃 𝐂𝐀𝐃 & 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 · 𝟏𝟐+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 · 𝟒.𝟔★ · 𝟏𝟎𝟎% 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 · 𝟔𝟎+ 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬 Design and files only — I can’t print and ship, so the $400 option isn’t me. $200 for the CAD and print-ready files. Good brief. Five things I’d want settled, roughly in order of how much they’d cost you if missed. 📏 Your panels won’t fit a standard printer bed. At 302 × 334mm they exceed most consumer machines, which top out around 220–256mm. So the design has to split them deliberately, with located joints and alignment features, rather than you discovering it at slicing. Where the splits fall is a design decision — hidden in the hex field or along a frame line, not through an open face. 🔥 Material matters more than usual here, and PLA is wrong. You’re putting a 9800X3D and a 9070 XT — call it 420W — into under 7 litres. PLA starts softening around 55–60°C and the air near the GPU exhaust and PSU will get there. PETG at minimum, ASA or ABS for anything near the hot side. This is the detail that makes a printed case warp quietly over its first summer.
