This is a visual design task, not a writing task. I will provide full text across 7 topics (AI, burnout, leadership, HR). Your role is to take this content and turn it into a highly visual presentation in PowerPoint or Canva. The most important part of this task is sourcing strong images and photographs and using them to design visually engaging slides. Every slide must include images, either as backgrounds, multiple images, or collage-style layouts. The slides should feel creative and image-rich, not like a basic template. You must include all of the text I provide (do not summarise or remove content), but present it clearly alongside the visuals so the slides can be used for teaching. Each topic should be covered across 2–3 slides only, with around 25 slides in total. Some additional slides will include screenshots of recent news articles and embedded YouTube videos. Each slide should look visually different. I do not want repeated layouts or text-only slides. Before completing the full task, please send me 2–3 sample slides so I can confirm the direction. This is time-sensitive, so please only accept if you can start immediately and deliver quickly. Please confirm that you understand this is a highly visual design task focused on images and layout, and that you will provide sample slides first.

I have ongoing work which requires auto cad or similar to update 2d construction drawings for new designs that we undertake. The designs are mostly for outdoor retaining walls, decks, etc. Mostly 2d work. We do engineering, and I am looking for a drafter to update notes, layouts, images, text on each drawing. I will provide auto cad file to start with, and I will advise what needs to be included/changed each time. Expect 1-2 hours per drawing per week. Ongoing work.
