I am looking for an experienced fashion graphic and textile designer, ideally based around Melbourne’s northern suburbs for a face to face or close collaborative sit-down.I already have the raw graphics and textile designs for a children's clothing line, but I need a professional to critique them, elevate the design standard, and format them so they are completely tech pack ready to send to a clothing factory. I have a logo concept that was created while brainstorming ideas, and I’d like it professionally redrawn as a clean, scalable vector logo. What I need: * Existing logo artwork recreated as a professional vector * Clean, smooth curves (not just an auto-trace) * Adobe Illustrator (.AI) source file * SVG, EPS and PDF exports * Transparent background version * Colour version and single-colour version * Suitable for shop signage, window decals, t-shirts, stickers and social media Style: * 1970s psychedelic vintage typography * Hand-drawn feel * Retro surf/vinyl aesthetic * Bold and easy to read from a distance * Preserve the overall look and personality of the supplied design Files provided: * High-resolution logo concept image * Colour references Please include examples of previous logo/vector work, particularly hand-lettered, vintage or retro-style designs if possible. Project Type: Fixed-price with milestones Overview We’re launching the sales campaign for a residential apartment development and need an experienced property marketing / graphic designer to produce our printed sales collateral. This is a design and layout role, not a drafting role — we already have the DA architectural plans; we need them turned into beautiful, on-brand marketing assets ready to go to print. Please note: This is not a CAD/drafting job. We’re not looking for technically redrawn engineering plans — we’re looking for stylised, sales-ready marketing floor plans and a premium brochure. If your background is architectural drafting (Revit/AutoCAD) rather than marketing design (InDesign/Illustrator), this likely isn’t the right fit. Scope of Work 1. Sales brochure design — a premium, oversized multi-page brochure (approx. 24pp) laid out to a high standard, ready for press. We’ll supply copy and imagery; you design and lay it out. Marketing floor plans — stylised, sales-ready floor plans based on our DA plans (approx. 31 typical layouts across 114 units, including mirrored/ground floor variants). Clean black-and-white styling with furniture, indicative measurements, and a mini site plan on each. These are marketing assets, not technical drawings. 3. Floorplates — 4 floorplates with colour-coding to show apartment types. 4. Templates — a reusable A4 double-sided floor plan template (finishes schedule on the reverse) and a matching floorplate template, with all plans laid out within them.
