We're looking for a long-term graphic designer to become part of our team. We produce 100+ events each year across multiple brands, so branding consistency is critical. Every design must feel premium, authentic and professionally art directed—no AI-looking creatives. For each campaign we require 3 Meta ad creatives, each using a different marketing angle (e.g. headliner, experience, FOMO, venue, social proof) plus 1 offer-based creative focused on urgency or ticket sales. These are designed to test what converts best. We'll provide professional event photos, artist assets, previous artwork and brand guidelines. We're after someone who understands both design and marketing, can work fast (72-hour turnaround), communicates well and delivers consistently. This is ongoing work with 100+ creatives per year for the right person.

The company is a proptech SaaS company based in Sydney. We need a set of branded Canva templates our team can reuse across company and product communications, without needing a designer involved every time. You'll work from our existing brand guide and Canva brand kit (colours, fonts, and logo lockups already set up), plus access to the live product for screenshots and UI reference.
