We’re looking for a professional photographer for a one-time corporate headshot session for three team members in Sydney. Ideally, the photographer would come to our office in Bondi Junction, although we’re also happy to travel to a Sydney studio. We’re flexible with dates and timing. As our wider team is based across the UK, US and Asia, consistency is important. We’d therefore like the headshot style to be easily replicated by photographers in other locations. If possible, the photographer should provide simple guidelines covering the lighting setup, background, framing, camera settings and post-processing/editing style so that the remaining team headshots can achieve a consistent look. Please include examples of relevant corporate headshots, your availability, pricing, what is included, and whether you can provide the replication guidelines above.

We're looking for an experienced event photographer to join our team covering a high-profile gala dinner in Sydney CBD on Friday, 18 September 2026. Event details Date: Friday 18 September 2026 Location: Sydney CBD Call time / run time: 4:00pm – 10:00pm (6 hours) High-profile event — attendees include politicians, including NSW Premier Chris Minns You'll be working alongside two other photographers as part of a three-person photo team Budget: $650 AUD flat for the 5–6 hour shoot Deliverables: This is a coverage-only role — no editing required.
