Looking for an experienced handyman or chippy to install wall cladding/ panels to create feature walls in 2 bedrooms. Apartment at Surfers Paradise. Have already sourced a supplier of the wall panels, would need someone to (ideally) collect locally in GC and deliver to the apartment, install as needed from start to finish. Budget here is for labour only. Wall panels / supplies will be purchased separately. Must be done by Sunday afternoon this week.

Professional maintenance required for property please: 🔹️Fix walls that either have holes or have been attempted to be fixed. This includes filling the holes & painting 🔹️Replace room door. Door needs to be sourced by you, painted & new door handle put on (I have the new door handle) 🔹️screen door & window screen replaced You'll need to provide materials & tools to complete this task please. This includes & is not limited to: - plaster - tape - paint - door - screen etc Any previous work I can see on your portfolio of before/after photos would be great. I need this done to a high standard, not patch work as you can see in photos. Our pool has had a slow leak, we would like all the plumbing surround the pump to be replaced and the two jets and skimmers box to be replaced it is a fibre glass pool. Happy to pay for materials if I’m told exactly what to get. And just labour for install.

I am seeking a detailed quotation on behalf of my grandmother for the supply and installation of a bathroom cabinet with vanity basin and tapware, Scope of Works Install Vanity & Basin - Freestanding cabinet sized to fit within the available alcove (approx. 750cm wide x 48–69 cm deep x 750 cm high). - Concept preference: modern, white finish cabinet with drawers, fitted with a round above-counter basin -Mixer tapware in chrome or stainless finish. -Connect hot and cold supply lines (currently capped). -Connect waste outlet to existing floor waste. - Supply and fit new tapware (basin mixer or cross taps with spout, depending on design recommendation). - Floor preparation for freestanding cabinet installation, including leveling if required. - Wall preparation behind already removed vanity (damaged render and exposed brick/pipework is the current state will require patching to ensure a flush finish for cabinet installation). - Allow for any waterproofing touch-ups as required by regulations. - Removal of remaining adhesive/residue from previous tiles to ensure smooth mounting surface. -Install and seal tapware and waste fittings. - Ensure all visible gaps are siliconed/sealed neatly for waterproofing and aesthetics. Additional Notes - Existing power point is adjacent to vanity location (shown in photos). Please advise if relocation or compliance upgrades are necessary. - Please itemize labour, materials, plumbing connections, floor/wall prep, and disposal of old materials in the quotation. •If available, please also provide lead times for supply and installation.
