Every time I try to login to an old email it directs me to put in the number on Microsoft Authenticator. I have re-downloaded the app several times but it never shows the code after I add the email. Have tried several different phones and pcs and followed Microsoft’s advice. Still not working. Needs to be in person so I can input the password to my email. Thankyou

Title: Troubleshoot and Fix Uniview CCTV System (Alarm Resets Itself) Description: We are seeking an experienced CCTV technician to help troubleshoot and repair an issue with our Uniview CCTV system. The problem we are experiencing: • The CCTV alarm triggers on its own, even when we manually disarm it through the app. • After disarming, the system appears to reset itself back to its original settings without warning. • We have attempted basic troubleshooting steps (restarting, checking settings, etc.) but have not been able to resolve the issue. What we need: • Identify the cause of the problem. • Reconfigure the system if necessary to ensure the alarm settings stay as adjusted. • Provide advice or solutions to prevent the issue from recurring. • If firmware updates or reinstallation are required, assist with this process. Preferred if you have experience specifically with Uniview systems, but not essential if you are confident with CCTV troubleshooting.
