We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot trainer or consultant to run an onsite practical training session for approximately 10–15 staff at our office in Malvern East, Melbourne. Our team already has access to Microsoft Copilot, and we want someone who can show them how to use it properly in their day-to-day work and build better workflows. Training should ideally cover Microsoft Copilot in Outlook, including summarising email threads, drafting replies, managing inbox workload and improving communication. We would also like training on Microsoft Teams, including meeting summaries, action items, catching up on conversations and working with meeting content. Other useful areas would include Copilot across Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint where relevant, as well as Microsoft Copilot Agents, practical use cases and how teams can start building or using simple agents. We would also like the session to cover prompting techniques, improving the quality of Copilot outputs, simplifying repetitive office and admin work, and good practices around privacy, security and company information. We are particularly interested in someone who can make the session hands-on and interactive rather than delivering a generic PowerPoint presentation. Location: Malvern East, VIC Group size: Approximately 10–15 people Format: Onsite practical workshop Duration: Open to recommendations, but approximately 2–4 hours would likely suit. When responding, please include your experience delivering Microsoft Copilot or Microsoft 365 training, any relevant certifications, examples of similar corporate training you have delivered, what you would propose covering during the session, your availability and your total fee. We’re looking for someone who understands Copilot beyond the basics and can leave our team with practical workflows they can start using immediately.

Wix Website & Digital Business Systems Setup I am establishing the digital infrastructure for a Melbourne-based professional property business and am looking for a highly capable, tech-savvy person to set everything up properly and ideally remain available for ongoing support. This is MORE than simply building a website. Initial work includes: • Build and launch a professional 5-page Wix website from an existing detailed brief/content • Assist with logo, corporate colours and basic branding • Domain, DNS and business email configuration • Microsoft 365 / Outlook setup • Email signatures and authentication • OneDrive/cloud file organisation • CRM/database setup/organisation • Website enquiry/contact forms • Google Business Profile, Analytics & Search Console • LinkedIn graphics/assets where required • Professional PDF/document templates • Basic SEO, backups, security and MFA I retain ownership/admin control of all accounts and systems. The website strategy, structure and much of the content are already prepared. I need someone who can IMPLEMENT and understands how the different systems fit together. ONGOING WORK If we work well together, I would like the same person available on a flexible, paid, as-needed basis for website updates, CRM/database work, Outlook/email issues, documents/PDFs, cloud files, graphics and general business technology troubleshooting. Melbourne-based is preferred for occasional face-to-face assistance, but capability, reliability and communication are more important. Please respond with: Your location Wix websites you have personally built Microsoft 365/Outlook/DNS experience General business systems experience Branding/design capability Availability for ongoing support Indicative cost for the initial setup I am looking for a reliable long-term technical partner — not simply someone to build a website and disappear.

RecoveryBridge prototype → private test website → approved testers → feedback → secure production system → Microsoft/Google integration → real-world pilot.Buy/connect a domain later, for example recoverybridge.com.au, and potentially use test.recoverybridge.com.au for testing. Build the production security layer before using real worker information — secure accounts/MFA, encrypted database and document vault, worker-controlled permissions, audit logs, backups, privacy controls and secure organisation separation. Then add Microsoft and Google connections — Outlook/Gmail email and Outlook/Google calendars can connect through their official APIs so appointments, deadlines, selected emails and reminders can feed RecoveryBridge. i need help to tod these things
