I need to create a app for my employees. The purpose of the app is to have one central place where employees can access all of the information, training materials and procedures they need to perform their jobs safely and correctly. The app also needs to allow videos and PDFs that are already published within the app to be easily accessed/shared with employees. I would like employees to have their own login while I have greater control over the content. It is important that I can manage the app myself after the initial build without needing to hire a developer every time I want to make a small change. I need to retain full ownership and administrative control of the app after the project is completed. The image attached can be used as inspiration for what the app should look like. Those images being widgets that employees can click in to.

What this is A Node.js/Express web application (song submission site with an admin review panel). The full source code, a setup README, and an environment-variable template will be provided. This brief describes what needs doing to take it from source code to a live, working site. Note: at this stage we need to allow for a maximum 250 mp3 song files, with the ability to increase over time. What's already sorted Domain name heartandvoiceproject.com is registered (GoDaddy) Hosting is with Zone Networks (Sydney) The application code is complete and has been tested locally — this is a deployment job, not a development job What's needed Provision a server with root/SSH access capable of running a persistent Node.js process (a small Linux VPS/Cloud Server is enough — this app is lightweight). Node.js 18 or later. Point the domain at the server — either an A record added at GoDaddy, or nameservers switched to the host, whichever is more convenient for whoever manages DNS. Deploy the application: unzip/clone the provided code, run npm install, and configure .env per the included .env.example and README.md — this includes generating a real JWT secret, a bcrypt password hash for the admin login, and (ideally) real SMTP credentials so the app's emails actually send. Keep it running permanently with a process manager (e.g. pm2), surviving reboots and crashes. Put it behind HTTPS — nginx (or equivalent) as a reverse proxy in front of the app, with a free Let's Encrypt certificate, and http→https redirect. This is the one piece flagged in the README as not yet done. Basic firewall: only ports 22 (SSH), 80, and 443 open to the public; the app's internal port should not be directly reachable. Confirm backups cover the app's data/ folder and uploads/ folder — that's the entire "database" (submissions, plus uploaded audio/artwork files). Losing those folders loses all content. Let me know what the server cost options are, and advise most appropriate.

Help package an existing web app for iPhone / TestFlight using Xcode I’ve already built a working maths learning app and the web version is complete and tested. I’m looking for someone with Mac, Xcode and iOS deployment experience to help me package the existing app for iPhone and get it into TestFlight. The app is already built — this is not a build-from-scratch job. I mainly need help with: • Setting up the iOS project on a Mac • Capacitor / wrapping the existing web app for iOS • Opening and configuring the project in Xcode • Bundle ID and Apple Developer signing • Running the app on a real iPhone • Fixing any iOS-specific issues such as safe areas, keyboard behaviour, status bar, orientation, etc. • Creating an archive • Uploading the first build to App Store Connect / TestFlight • Helping resolve any signing or deployment issues along the way I’m comfortable managing the existing app code and can make code changes myself if required. I mainly need someone who knows the Apple/Xcode/TestFlight process and can help me get through the Mac-specific parts. Ideally you have experience with: • Xcode • Apple Developer / App Store Connect • TestFlight • Capacitor or hybrid web-to-iOS apps • React / Vite would be helpful but not essential Happy to work together remotely or in person. I’m based in Sydney.
