Find an experienced computer builder in NSW

hello, i tried to build a pc for the first time. i have reached a point where i cannot progress just need help for maybe an hour to figure out the problem At the moment the pc will not turn on Also need some help with fan/AIO connections etc

I already have a PC, just need to take parts out and put them back together (Getting BSOD often, my speculation is some part isn’t fit properly)
