Two jobs at the same address (Carlton): 1. **Assemble an IKEA MANDAL queen storage bed frame** (secondhand, solid birch). A few fittings/screws went missing during the move, so you may need to substitute replacement bolts or screws for some parts — ideally you can bring an assortment of common hardware, or advise what to buy. There's also some minor damage, so a bit of problem-solving may be needed. I have the official assembly PDF and can send photos of the current state. 2. **Get a queen mattress up an internal staircase.** It's currently stuck partway — the stairwell is tight, so it'll need to be compressed/bent and maneuvered through. Two people may be needed, or one strong person with technique. Happy to help lift. Please bring your own tools (drill recommended). Photos of the frame, missing parts, and staircase attached. When quoting, please mention your experience with IKEA bed frames. Flexible on timing — sooner is better as I'm currently without a bed!
