Interior design and floor plan review

This is the original floor plan of our house which is not very clear and some areas not matching with current layout (i think previous owner did some changes to the house like extra bathroom, changed the location of cooktop etc…) So I need an up-to-date, accurate floor plan, so I can send to an interstate architecture for planning the renovation.
