My LG washing machine drum does not rotate smoothly. When I try to rotate it manually, it makes a grinding noise at one point as if something is stuck between the inner drum and the outer drum.

The tap for my washing machine has been leaking. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the valves/washers or a leak in the pipes as well. It leaked even when the water was turned off from me moving the washer. When I tried to turn on the washer the first time, water spilled onto the ground, so the pipes to the washing machine may also not be connected properly. Washing machine is on the ground floor of my house and is quite dusty! (Not expecting you to clean it, just want to make you aware in case of allergies)

We have two issues at this property that we need to resolve 1.) We would like the washing machine to be able to connect to a plastic outgoing pipe with a nipple for the washing machine disposal pipe.
