I have moved into new house. Need washing machine hoses installed properly

I need our heavy clothes dryer lifted to up on top of our stacker washing machine. It’s heavy but the job would only take a couple of strong men five to ten minutes.

Needed a larger washing machine and current bench is too low for it to fit under so needs to be raised. Really have no idea how much this would be or costs involved. I’ve included pics of under the bench if that’s helpful
