I have a Panasonic NA-140VX3 front loader. It displays a drain blockage error. I’ve cleaned the drain filter, checked there are no hose kinks, and even moved the drain hose to a different outlet, but the error remains. I suspect the drain pump or an internal blockage.

Have replacement seal and need someone to replace existing one. Will need to clean as well where the old one is

The inner drum makes a loud clicking/knocking noise when the machine is running, and I can also hear the noise when I manually rotate the drum by hand.
