AEG 10kg front-load washing machine (LF8C1612A) needs repair. Machine starts and fills with water, but then stops and shows an EF0 error. Water is collecting underneath/in the base of the machine, so it appears to have an internal leak. We've drained the water and done some basic troubleshooting but haven't been able to locate the source. Looking for someone experienced with washing machine repairs who can diagnose and hopefully repair the leak. Located in West End. Budget is $70. Please advise what your offer includes. I have an Aldo front loader that needs to have the cold hose to be connected under the laundry tub. There is side access and clearance.

Water tap on the connection for the washing machine is faulty - spins rather than turns off water. Requires removal and replacement.

The small emergency drain hose next to the pump filter has accidentally slipped completely inside the service compartment while I was trying to clean the drain filter. I need help with several small jobs. All replacement parts are supplied, but you’ll need to bring the correct tools. 1. Clean, refit and securely tighten both car battery terminals. Please bring a proper battery terminal/post cleaning brush, basic spanners or sockets, gloves and suitable terminal protectant if you use it. 2. Attach the supplied battery monitor fork connectors to the battery terminals. Basic spanners or sockets will be needed. 3. Replace both supplied bonnet gas struts. Please bring a safe adjustable bonnet support or prop, plus a small flat-blade screwdriver or pick for releasing the retaining clips. 4. Refit the loose outer door-seal retaining wire/spring ring on a front-loading washing machine. Please bring suitable spring-clamp pliers, long-nose pliers or other tools normally used for fitting these retaining rings. 5. Level and stabilise the washing machine using four supplied adjustable anti-vibration/levelling pads. Please bring a spirit level, adjustable spanner and anything needed to safely raise or shift the machine slightly. The dryer is stacked on top of the washing machine, so care may be needed when levelling it. No vehicle diagnosis or major appliance repair is required. I’m looking for someone practical who already has the tools and experience for these straightforward fitting, cleaning and adjustment jobs.
