We will negotiate pay for a diagnostic to see if our washing machine is worth repairing. My washing machine has been having issues and is not spinning fully. It is a Samsung MODEL : WW85K54EOUW. We think after self diagnosing that the motor rotor bolt has become loose.

Hi, I'm needing a washing machine disconnected and the new one connected & installed. Additionally, one of the water valves is sticking and needs to be adjusted with correct spanner to ensure adequate flow / temperature for the bathroom etc. Photos attached. Note the washing machine is eye level in a cabinet. The old washing machine does not need to be removed from the property.

I moved house. The washing machine went into storage and was put into new apartment by removalists yesterday. The said to get an o ring clamp to connect outlet hose to pipe which I did today. But when I tried to run the machine, when emptying, water just coming out - I can't see where from. Hose may be damaged. I turned the machine off as soon as I heard the sound of water onto floor of basin beside machine.
