The spinning mechanism is not working with this washing machine so looking for someone qualified to fix it

Need someone to take a look at a few washing machines/dryers to see what's wrong and how much it's going to cost to fix. Have a stacked Maytag washer dryer, dryer works, washer doesn't drain, miele heat pump dryer not drying but gets hot, and a Bosch washing machine which leaks, replacement seal didn't fit?

Hi, I have recently moved and for some reason my washing machine doesn’t appear to be getting cold water now. . Not sure it was put in correctly by removalist. I believe the cold water tap is on. Just need someone savvy who knows washing machines to play with the tap and check back of machine to see if can get cold water going. If major issue I’ll get an official repair person. Hoping a very quick job.

The work needed is: -Relocate current toilet and sink -Install and connect a toilet and sink in the new room. -water connection for a washing machine -Connect laundry sink We have a house on stumps so it should be easy access. I have attached a picture of underneath the house to give you an idea of what you would be working with.
