Moving house - I tried connecting it. I did it wrong. I have no idea what I’m doing. It’s just a normal washing machine. It’s now got some water in it but won’t drain. Washing machine stopped spinning water out when I put heavy, fluffy item in. After baling water out, I turned the machine on side, intending to remove hose to unblock - which I found I couldn’t do!! Can you help please? It’s a Fischer & Paykel top load. Cheers Lois

Fix a Minor leak in washing machine water inlet hose fitting.

Requires hose connection under sink, will need own tools to remove cap. Washing machine is in place just don't have the correct tool to remove cap. Lift dryer to sit on top of washing machine.

My washing machine is shorting out, switching off the safety switch.

I’ve been waiting nearly 1 year for my washing machine hose to be fitted to the drain pipe, which is all there. I have 3 tradies under my roof. My partner, son and my daughter. The laundry has flooded 3 times. I’ve resorted to electrical tape. I’m Effing exhausted and don’t stop all day to keep the house going. I’m on the verge of tears. Can someone do this job, which I’m sure would take 5 minutes by tomorrow morning. Need you to bring fittings to complete. I want it done first thing in the morning. Our Beko washing machine stopped working yesterday. It looks like it will no longer spin, it appears to be filling and draining OK. The power on the machine was cut off mid cycle 2 days ago. I'm not sure if that has caused the issue or not. The model number is WMB 71231 LA. Tumble drier is mounted on top of the washing machine and they both may need to be moved to gain access to the inners of the washing machine.
