Samsung 7.5kg front loader purchased April 2022, recently made a screeching sound during the spin cycle towards end of load, last two times I used it, made a clunking sound near the end and there’s a weird chemical/metallic smell when load had finished. When I manually move the drum around (when empty) makes a clunking sound

We have a simpson washing machine. The handle broke. I have ordered a new handle but the machine door is stuck and won’t open. I am unable to find the manual door release too. The task is to open the stuck door and replace the handle.

Our front loader washing machine is leaking. It may need a seal check. We’ve got a small leak coming from the front door that trickles out during the cycle and currently a wrench holding the back together because the hose slipped off.
