We have a rental property in North Lakes and the tenants have reported that two of the gas stove elements are not working. In their words: "the ignitors are not working". I need a quote for the repair please.

Need electrician to install stovetop

I need a handyman or gas plumber to take a look at a gas stove top - possible leakage with the connection to gas tanks outside as it appears the gas is not coming through properly. Handyman must be qualified and MUST be able to show ID

Cap town gas pipe at meter, and install a gas bottle fitting. Change stove top burners (lpg burners supplied). You might need to run <5m of piping to have the bottle on the wall away from new electric HWS/gas meter. Unsure of cost, let me know ($5 was minimum to list job)

I need a 2 cord electric stove installed very easy to do. Also I need an aircon installed on the same day. Would like someone who is experienced for the job. Need it done on this date as the real-estate will have to let the tenants know when your going to be there.

We are needing a basic electrical stove top installed (two wires) and a small split system air con installed to replace existing broken one in a bedroom. Ideally we need the old one taken away. We need someone preferably Tuesday the 16th of April. New air con and stove are both at property ready.

Disconnect gas stove from the kitchen and move it to another room in the house to allow for new flooring to be put in. After new flooring is installed reinstalling the gas stove.

Tenants have reported that the existing range hood over stove at island bench is too low (at head height) and have requested it be raised. Not only does the vent hood interfere with line of sight, but when cooking, people bump their head on it! Range hood is currently in working order and hardwired and just needs modification. No electrical work required. You will first have to take off the Sheet-metal casing of the flue. This will expose the flue pipe and supports. Once all pipe and supports are visible you can determine with tenants how high they want you to raise the hood vent. You may have to have a custom pipe made after you reduce the length of the vent pipe. After pipe is installed you will have to customise the outer sheet-metal to match the new height and it may require someone with experience and available tools for sheet metal fab to alter the shroud length.

Need to replace/wire up new 600*600 electronic stove top to replace existing same size. Stove top already purchased. We will clean up and get rid of old one.

Replacing old appliances. Old appliances have been removed. Stone benchtop to be installed around same time by stonemason. Late January. 60cm Westinghouse brands (new).

Remove and replace stove top cooker. I haven't purchased one yet as I'm not sure of size hoping someone could help me with this. I've attached one from woolworths, just not sure if it's suitable.
