GST if applicable. VISIT 1, BEFORE DEMOLITION: isolate and disconnect existing kitchen sink/tap and make water/waste connections safe for strip-out. Retain existing service locations. VISIT 2, AFTER CABINETS/TOP: fit and connect our supplied new sink and kitchen mixer, basket wastes where not supplied with sink, traps, isolation valves, connectors and minor under-sink pipework. Include necessary plumbing fittings/consumables, testing for leaks and completion documentation applicable to the work. WE SUPPLY sink and mixer. Confirm selected product and what waste fittings come with it before buying duplicates. Cabinet installer makes top openings using the sink/tap templates. Coordinate sink mounting and sealing with installer so nothing is omitted or charged twice; include final sink mounting/sealing in your offer. Slab and brick/block walls retained. No new pipe route, slab chasing or structural drilling allowed in base scope. Identify defective existing services and separately price repairs before proceeding. No dishwasher/fridge-water installation currently included. ASSUME RETAINED GAS STOVE. Include licensed gas isolation/disconnection before demo, safe capping, then reinstatement, compliant connection, securing as required, testing/commissioning and applicable gas documentation. Confirm model and existing supply suitability. Itemise plumbing and gas portions. No new stove supply or gas relocation. Major upgrades separately quoted. The gas stove in my apartment takes a long time to light, it would be great for someone to take a look at it and troubleshoot.

I’m needing my old stove top and range hood taken out and the new ones installed. The stove top is gas and the range hood is run through a PowerPoint and ducted outside. Note: I’m requesting licensed plumber gas fitters for this task :)

Help fixing one burner on my gas stove that’s not staying lit. It sparks and gas releases but doesn’t stay lit. I’ve cleaned everywhere so I guess it’s a thermocouple issue. All other burners are fine.
