Looking for disconnection of old gas stove and connection/install of a newer gas stove. Must be qualified gas plumber.

We are on first floor of apartment complex. Install 54cm free standing Chef Brand gas cooker (it is already in unit). Dispose of old free standing gas cooker. Check Bosch gas hot water system. It is making choking noise. Fix leaking tap in laundry.

I’m not wanting to replace my cabinetry etc at this time to meet the required 65cm. Looking for someone with the knowledge and skills to do this safely but happy without the official certification.
