The first issue is that the top part of oven does not heat up. The bottom part does produce flame but takes forever for it to turn on. The second issue if the exhaust of the stove top stopped working. The brand of the stove oven is called EURO. Please help. Please provide me quotes or how much is call out fee if there is any.
