Hi there. We are removing our current gas stove cook top to be replaced with an induction cook top. The cook top has been ordered and set to be delivered in a few weeks (can probably change the date to earlier once I have someone lined up to complete the install). The old cook top has been already been quoted for removal by a plumber, but if the installer has the capacity do both for us at the same time, that would also work and happy to pay the cost for both d/c of the old unit and install of the new one (price permitting of course). It is a standard 600 wide 4 burner cook top, existing cut out should match the requirements.

Having kitchen re-tiled. Need gas stove unattached, so we can move it into a different room. Gas stove, is not that heavy and can easily be moved. Just flexible pipe going into a copper pipe (which comes out of the floor). Electricity is just standard plug into wall socket. Needs to be reinstalled a few days later after tiling is finished!

The self-ignition feature is not working on the gas stove—only 2 out of the 5 burners ignite automatically. Additionally, one of the working burners turns off when set to simmer.
