Large stovetop burner does not ignite when the knob is pressed and turned. Tenant advised and also showed me, that it needs to be manually lit with a lighter. Range hood light switch was turned on during inspection, however the lights did not turn on.

Need to disconnect and block off gas stove. Also check for leaks while in there so it’s not left dodgy, but also shut off mains as gas is no longer needed. It can be lit using a matchbox. * **Burner 2:** No *“tik tik”* sound at all when switched on, so the ignition is not working.
