I’m looking for a licensed refrigeration technician (ARCtick accredited) to inspect and repair a Samsung fridge with an intermittent cooling fault. Fridge details: • Brand: Samsung • Model: SRF582DBLS / RF67QESG1/XSA • Twin Cooling system • Freezer maintains -19°C • Fridge temperature fluctuates between ~6°C and 16°C The fridge compartment cools temporarily after a full defrost but then warms again, while the freezer remains stable. There was previously water pooling near the rear drain channel, which has now stopped after defrosting, but the temperature instability continues.

Water dispenser lever doesn't resume position after use and water flows continuously. We have pinched off water line to fridge until someone can come repair/service. Thank you.
