I have a Technika range hood. Recently both lights suddenly stopped working whilst I was cooking. Both light bulbs have been changed recently so not a bulb issue. I think I need an electrician to look at the wiring?

Brand: EURO, Product: RANGEHOOD, Model: EGISM9S, model - IS4HE, Serial No: 1203000043. The motor is making a humming sound, It turns on but not sucking air. There is voltage going to the motor, tries to switch it on again but it's not starting, quote to replace controller, motor and capacitor.
