When programed and started, the inverter microwave (Panasonic NN-SF564W) reverts to Cool mode (displays COOL), but does not start and complete the Cool process. Previously, the door had to be slammed shut for the Cool process to start and complete, before the actual program is initiated. Now, slamming the door shut is ineffective as well. Looking for someone to install a cooktop and oven. Currently the oven is a 60cm built in with a cooktop that plugs into the top. I have pulled the oven out and it looks to be hardwired in and is not a plug and play from what i can see (the unit was built in the early 90s and I'm fairly sure this is original oven).
