Harley was excellent ! Great guy and very flexible on time which is important to me ... apart from resolving our oven issue which was a complicated job , he also fixed in 2 minutes my dishwasher problem which absolutely proves that SMEG authorised service people are a waste of money - the last smeg guy charged a fortune and made my dishwasher worse by putting the drawer back the wrong way and it didn’t wash properly ... Harley originally ordered some parts for the oven door and thermocoupler and then we realised it wasn’t that bad so he very kindly allowed me to cancel the parts order for no charge ... not many service guys would be that reasonable, thanks Harley you’re a dead set legend and saved me money !

Need electrician to attend to our oven and diagnose problem - it’s not working - our freestanding SMEG electric oven A31X-7 has tripped the breaker and we can’t reset the appliance - has it’s own dedicated breaker switch on the external fuse box *Update : I’m told that this oven has circuit board problems - I managed to get an electrician to look at it and he said only a person with SMEG appliance expertise can fix this and it will likely need new parts - the wiring is quite complicated* Ideal if problem resolved by one person but at worst a diagnosis and a quote for fixing *note the offer is for diagnosis and troubleshoot - If parts and more Labour needed that is extra
