I’m looking for a licensed electrician who can disconnect hardwired appliances and replace ceiling fans / lights ahead of stripout and painting. I am renovating my kitchen/house and need the following work completed: 1. Safely disconnect and isolate the power to an existing built-in electric oven/cooktop so it can be removed. The appliance is hardwired (not plugged into a power point). 2. Replace 4 × ceiling fans and 5 x ceiling lights with temporary fixtures (all will be replaced later with new lights/fans, current ones need to removed for painting). The power point inside the cupboard next to my oven is stuck in the "On" position and won't switch off. It's a non-clicking (spark-free) switch — likely fitted this way as a safety design since it's close to the gas flex hose. I’ve just moved into a new house and the hinges on the doors of both my LG inverter direct drive dishwasher , and my Belair oven are dodgy. The dishwasher door drops straight down to the floor and crashes down when I open it rather than staying in one place. The over door is clunky and feels crooked and wonky as I close it but it does close. Not sure what to do to fix these and am hoping there is someone clever on here who has experience with appliance door hinges ☺️

Hi, I have a Bellissimo built-in electric oven, model HNTB65XL. It tripped the breaker/fuse, and after switching it back on the clock and oven fan still work, but the oven does not heat properly and the grill is not working. I'm looking for someone with oven repair skills/experience.
