there have been issues with the cooling fan/exhaust fan not turning on when the oven is turned on, and when it does turn on it is very noisy. we have been having troubles with the oven staying at temperature. It is a gas oven the issue is when it gets to temperature and the flame turns off, it does not turn back on again. This has left us in a few situations when we have been cooking and we return to check on the meal 15 mins later to find the temp has dropped from 200 to below 100 degrees Celcius. Westinghouse GOP476
