Joe was friendly, helpful and quick to reply. Unfortunately he had to give the verdict that the fridge is pretty much dead/too expensive to repair. Joe followed up with some more information (good brands to buy, asking to the company for a second advice). He also offered to come and take the inflammable gas out if needed. The fridge/freezer doesn’t cool any more. Electricity still on; lights work. Little fan still spins; a little air blown through, but not cold.
