Clothes dryer is making a chaffing sound. I removed the back but don't know what to do next!

We need an already existing hole in the wooden partition to be made bigger to fit pipes through and we need a new hole drilled in the adjoining partition to also put pipes/cord through (photos attached). We also need the washer and dryer (dryer is condenser) to be installed (they are brand new and currently still in the box).

1x wall mounted clothes dryer in a europen laundry to be removed from a ground floor apartment and disposed of. The dryer itself is in working condition and we are removing to replace with an all in one washer + dryer unit. You are welcome to keep or sell the old dryer unit.

I have just bought a new washing machine. Currently our dryer is stacked on top of our old washing machine. Good guys is coming on Tuesday 17/6 (time tbc), to install the new washing machine but they dont help with lifting the dryer. We will need assistance to be there the same time Good Guys people are around so you are able to take down the dryer for them to install the new washing machine. And after they’re done, for you to place the dryer back on top of the new washing machine and help reinstall the dryer. To be aware the laundry space is quite tight.
