I am looking for a licensed plumber to urgently reconnect kitchen plumbing in my apartment at 6/306 Kent Street, Teneriffe. The kitchen was demolished a few months ago and the existing sink was disconnected at that time, with the pipes capped and sealed. The pipework is still exposed and unchanged. A new kitchen is being installed shortly and I need the plumbing reconnected for a new kitchen sink and a dishwasher. There was no dishwasher previously, so the existing pipework may need to be modified or split to accommodate both connections. The work must be compliant and ready for appliance hookup. The property is an apartment with the plumbing point accessible and no cabinetry or benchtops installed yet. I can provide photos of the existing pipework and any required plans or appliance details. This job must be completed no later than tomorrow, Tuesday 20 January in the morning. $350 includes $125 per hour for a two hour job, I assume it’ll take less though, and $100 for standard materials required.

Hello! We are a small social enterprise with a small office in the city. We've come back from the break to our dishwasher and microwave not working and looking for someone to come and repair the following: - The Microwave (Brand: Westinghouse) The Microwave has no power. Nothing is on the screen. It is basically sealed into the wall, so I'm not even sure how one would get this out. There are no cables visible in the cupboards above or beneath. - The Dishwasher (Brand: EMILIA) The dishwasher does turn on, but only lasts for 30 seconds before beeping and turning off. I have checked it's not blocked inside, I have tried to reset at the wall. But still keeps doing this. Looking for someone who may be able to assist with one or both of these issues. Please submit your quote and ask any additional info if you think you can fix. If you need access to the fuse box, I will need to know that to as it can only be opened by building management.
