Cooktop has been installed but it requires a small cut out in the cabinets as it’s not sitting flush. The joins of the cupboards below need to be trimmed/cut with a multi tool or something so that the cooktop can sit flush.

Hi, I had an old ceramic cooktop that has cracked. It was connected via a rewirable plug into 25-amp socket. I've removed the old cooktop and unplugged it.  That 25A socket is on a circuit protected by a 32-amp fuse and also runs my oven which is plugged into its own socket. I'd like to replace the broken cooktop with a new induction unit, but the model I'm looking at is hardwired only. Im assuming the existing 32A circuit and existing 25A socket can be reused.

I require a range hood (will be supplied) to be installed over an existing cook top. There is nothing but a blank wall and a cook top at the moment. The kitchen does on not have an external wall. Options are 1. Go get the range hood duct into the ceiling and across into the bathroom next door that has an external wall, connecting duct to a new external fan. 2. As the kitchen and bathroom share a wall, creating a duct hole in the shared wall that will then link into a new hole in the external wall in the bathroom. Thus negating the need to go through ceiling. Have provided photos as well as floor plan of kitchen + bathroom. Happy to hear other suggestions.

Need to remove 3 ovens, two 45cm high and one 60cm ovens and then install two 60cm high ovens plus a 28cm high warmin drawer

We need the old cooktop removed and the new one replaced. However the new one is 10cm wider. So the stainless benchtop needs to be cut out in addition to the replacement and installation. The new cooktop arrives on Wednesday.

I need a licensed electrician to replace an old electric cooktop and a rangehood in my kitchen with new appliances. Details: Existing cooktop: Old Westinghouse electric cooktop with knobs (already on a dedicated circuit). New cooktop: Bosch PXX695 (7.4kW / 32A) induction cooktop. New rangehood: Westinghouse 60cm Fixed White Rangehood WRF610WA. Scope of work: Disconnect and remove old appliances, install and wire the new Bosch cooktop and the new Westinghouse rangehood. Straight swap into the existing cutouts, no countertop cutting required. Ducting: Replace the old flexible ducting/pipe with new ducting for the new rangehood.
