We are installing a new 60cm induction cooktop on our kitchen granite benchtop. The width of the current hole is about 0.5mm too small for the new cooktop. Depth is fine. Just note, the oven has a PowerPoint plug coming out of it, but there’s no PowerPoint socket in the wall so I’m not sure how the cabling will work based on the existing cables. I need certified/licensed gas plumber to decommission a gas cooktop and put end -cap where necessary to seal it as this will be replaced by induction cooktop.
