Grandson turned on the machine and drained all the water out of the steam boiler. It quit working. (wonder why?) Thermal fuse replaced, but later found the the thermal switch was bad... (bummer). Both the thermal switch and the thermal fuse were replaced but my husband forgot to plug in the small white pump and he turned it on but the steam still didn't work. Left it a few minutes waiting, but then thought about the pump. He took it apart again and plugged in the pump and it works but likely too late. steam still not working. Too busy to take it apart again.
