Hi, I need help repairing a Creaform C-Track 780 controller used for an industrial 3D scanning system. The issue: - Controller receives stable 24V power - When the power button is pressed, it powers on for around 2 seconds - Then it shuts off - After that, pressing the power button again does nothing unless the power is physically unplugged and reconnected - PSU has been tested and appears to output 24V - The issue seems to be inside the controller, likely a power regulation/protection circuit issue Likely fault could be: - DC-DC regulator failure - Capacitor issue - MOSFET/protection circuit fault - Internal power rail fault I am looking for someone experienced with board-level electronics repair, especially industrial equipment, power supply circuits, DC-DC regulators, and SMD component diagnosis.
