Bosch washing machine repair. Does not drain. error code E 18. I have drained and checked the filter and removed hairclips but machine still not spinning and draining.

My 10-year-old Samsung fridge is suddenly not cold. It still switches on with lights on inside but both fridge and freezer are not cold.
