4C error on my washing machine. Already checked the water pressure which seems fine according to plumber. Cleaned all the pipes, washer and drainage pipes as well. The price of 100$ is for inspection and fixing the issue, if need any external parts I will order part and we can reschedule Nothing seems to work

My front-load washing machine is leaking water from the front door area during the wash cycle. The leak seems to come from the bottom of the door. I suspect the door seal / gasket retaining spring has come off or is loose (see photo). I have the metal retaining spring ring that likely needs to be reattached. What I need: Someone experienced with washing machine repairs Inspect the door seal Reattach or fix the retaining spring ring Ensure the machine no longer leaks during operation Details: Front-load washing machine The metal spring clamp for the rubber seal is currently off (see attached photo) Machine otherwise works normally.
