I have a breville oracle touch coffee machine (Model No BES990) It still makes coffee fine but the heat wand for the milk doesn’t work for longer than 2-3 seconds. (Error code E16). Maybe new sensor needed? Also the hot water dispenser does not work, I can hear the motor when I turn it on but no hot water comes out. Maybe blocked solenoids and they need a clean? My washing machines drainer on the front has something stuck in it but we were unable to remove it. This is causing it to provide an error and not being able to drain out the water (we've manually drained it for now). The panel underneath the washing machine needs to be opened up to remove whatever is in there. We didn't do that in case it was further damaged. No parts needed. The washing machine is a front loader - Whirlpool FDLR70210
