The connections for washing machine are existing in the bathroom. The previous tenant had installed his machine and had taken it out. We are the new tenant and we found it difficult to maneuver it into the space. Hence looking for help.

Need to install a new power point in the subfloor. The height of the subfloor is approximately 900mm. There is power to the subfloor already as it is directly wired to the subfloor ventilation fans. I will be replacing an existing fan with a new one that comes with a 240V power plug and therefore I need a power point. - Due date: Before Friday, 27 May 2022

Hi - I need to install a new smoke alarm (10 yr Lithium Battery) in ceiling of our federation semi. I have bought the alarm already, just need to drill and screw the bracket for the alarm to the celing.

I have an 10 year old ilve 60cm oven which needs to be replaced by another brand new 60cm ilve oven in my unit. The new oven is arriving Friday the 3rd July and hence a job on this day would be perfect. The new oven is apparently missing the installation screws and was anticipating recycling the installation screws from the old unit. Removal and disposal of the old unit would be preferred.
