The preferred structure is: Shopify → Cin7 Core → Xero with SKUTOPIA used as the 3PL/fulfilment warehouse. Before making any changes involving SKUTOPIA, please confirm exactly how its Shopify integration handles inventory and orders. We do NOT want two systems independently overwriting Shopify inventory.
