Needed urgently today (Thursday at Coolum) I need help responding to SPERS matters that I’m disputing along with Victims of Crimes matters that I wish to apply for compensation. I am a freelancer in the arts and entertainment industry in Sydney Australia. I am looking for someone to help me with streamlining my calendar/email/scheduling/task systems to enhance my workflow. My main hub is Google, across use of the whole suite but I also use a combination of Google, Microsoft Office and Dropbox. This is all dependant on the clients systems so my adaptability between them all is very important and I keep facing annoying obstacles that are slowing me down. I also use wordpress, squarespace and weebly which host my different freelance websites with emails attached to them. My main issues is I am not finding google calendar or google mail to be as flexible as I would like but that is where my main email addresses are hosted so I am stuck on an annoying default scenario. I am often duplicating events and not being able to change an event/meeting invite needed for that specific job or allocated calendar/task. This is telling people I am cancelling on an event that I am in-fact attending. Needless to say this is not great. Project requirements: - Excellent calendar management knowledge - Knowledge across multiple platforms as mentioned above - Preferably in the same timezone Australian EST - advise on best platform / systems moving forward In your response, please share a brief summary of your experience in relation to the brief, including how you think you can best help me! I am imagining this will require a few virtual or IRL appointments together to get it all sorted and then I should be right to continue, however other work may follow if it's the right fit.
