Looking for an organised, self starting virtual assistant to help me keep on top of admin. I run several projects at once, so I need someone who can pick things up quickly and work without a lot of hand holding. What I need help with: Inbox management: sorting, flagging what needs my attention and drafting straightforward replies Diary management: booking meetings, sending invitations and reminders Formatting and tidying documents, and basic proofreading Simple research and summarising it into short notes Keeping spreadsheets and files organised so I can find things Following up on outstanding items and chasing responses Around 5 hours per week to start with, ongoing. You can work your own hours as long as you check in daily and meet the deadlines we agree on. You will need good written English, solid attention to detail, and to be comfortable with Outlook/EM Client, Google Workspace and Microsoft Word. I have a heap of clothes that I’m wanting to sell on Depop, but I’m getting really overwhelmed with how much there is to photograph, organise and list. I’m looking for someone who can come and help me get everything done. I’d like all the clothes photographed with the same backdrop/background so the Depop page looks consistent and professional. I’d then like each item listed on Depop with photos, descriptions, sizes, condition and any other relevant information. There are quite a lot of items, so I’m looking for someone who is organised and happy to work through a big pile of clothes with me. If you have experience with Depop, online clothing sales or taking good product photos, that would be a bonus. I’m happy to pay someone to take care of the whole process because I’m struggling to get it all done myself.

I need someone ideally a student who's good with software and computers to help me download my lectures from embed files by screenshotting and then putting it into word document as a presentation. Will be using ideally Claude it ChatGPT to do this.
